learning network vlearning network is a charitable company set up in 2001, as a consortium for partners within the third sector in devon and cornwall. we currently work with 9 charities and community interest groups offering training and qualifications across devon and cornwall. the main role of vlearning network is to enable the third sector to deliver high quality training by providing
